James Wigger - Wet plate works

James Wigger is an American photographer obsessed with photographic technics, in particular using old ones such as the collodion process (see here for more info) most known uder the name of wet plate, even going to use the  #wetplateisnotdead on his Instagram account. Not passionate by these technology preoccupations, I can only says he provides a strong imagery confronting this old process that gives the images an ancient-times atmosphere with rather modern approach of nude female iconography. Not sure to understand the underlying semantics of all this but our scoptophilian curiosity is satisfied. His Instagram account here, his site there
